Project Manager for the San Pedro Bay Ports of Los Angles and Long Beach for the 2020 OFI
(Operations, Facilities and Infrastructure) Master Plan, which has defined the growth for both of the ports.
This one study stands today as the model for growth and operational master planning. Not only was it the
largest master plan undertaken by a port globally, but it also was the defining model for capacity
throughput modeling for over nine different cargo categories and included significant channel configuration
analyses, wind and wave studies and vessel traffic studies, including wake turbulence analyses.
Program Manager for both the Port of Seattle and the Port of Tacoma in their combined efforts
with Operation Safe Commerce.
